Dainen’s expertise is rooted in over twelve years of experience with Dynalectric Ohio, where he advanced from Apprentice to Journeyman Wireman to Foreman, before becoming Project Manager. This progression provided him with hands-on technical knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage large electrical projects across the commercial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. He thrives in high-stakes environments where compliance with National Electrical Code, National Fire Protection Association, and OSHA standards is critical, coordinating seamlessly across multiple disciplines.
During his career, he completed the IBEW Local 683 Electrical Apprenticeship Program and earned an associate’s degree from Columbus State Community College. Additionally, he finished the OSHA 30-hour certification and holds an Ohio electrical contractor's license.
Dainen enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending sporting events, and traveling.
