By satisfying the Bank's scheduling requirements, Dynalectric enabled various departments to move from other locations at designated times. This allowed the organization to achieve more efficient centralized banking operations with minimal loss of productivity.

SCOPE OF WORK

During Phase I, Dynalectric performed the total electrical installation in a three-story, 850,000-square-foot office building. For Phase II, Dynalectric completed the total electrical installation in a four-story, 1,200,000 square-foot addition to the Phase 1 building.

BACKGROUND

The 2,000,000 square-foot Bank One Corporate Center houses the headquarters of the company's Investment Management Group, which oversees "The One Group" mutual fund family, as well as Bank One's retail banking operations and technology services.

OBJECTIVES

Bank One sought to centralize its investment and retail operations into one complex.
